Q. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
A. We have an average processing time of up to 3 days (usually shorter). After that, your order should take between 12 and 20 days to arrive, or 2 to 3 weeks. This time may be shorter or longer depending on the destination and other factors such as holiday periods and other delays.
Q. It's been 30 days, where is my order?
A. Hold tight, your order may be delayed. Since we ship internationally, orders have to go through customs (hence the long shipping times). This can sometimes mean that your order gets delayed at the border. Please give it another 10 days of leeway - if it still hasn't arrived then contact us at email@example.com and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
Q. How do I cancel/return an item?
A. If you place an order by mistake or want to change something, please email us as soon as you can at firstname.lastname@example.org. We're usually pretty quick to start processing orders and once we've started, we can no longer cancel your order. In this case, you will unfortunately have to wait for your order to arrive, email us to arrange a returns request and then send it back to the address we give you. So for your sake, be as quick as you can to email us!
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us with images of the product and any damage incurred and we will do our best to resolve the problem!
Q. Is it safe to put my credit card information into this website?
A. Of course! We have two payment providers - Stripe and PayPal. Both are top of the game when it comes to security and protecting your privacy.
