The times listed below are an average, and are subject to change, depending on the popularity, current demand, and availability of each individual product, as well as international customs processing times. However, we will always endeavor to give you the fastest possible delivery time for your order.

Any item which takes more than 30 business days (from the date that the items are dispatched) to arrive to an address in the U.S, or more than 40 business days to arrive in any other country, will be eligible for a full refund or replaced with another identical product.
Please note: Larger items such as furniture and rugs will take between an additional 20 to 30 business days on top of the above estimated shipping times for your order to be delivered.

Returns + Refunds Policy
30 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE:
If you aren't completely satisfied with your item(s), you may return them to us within 30 days from the date of delivery. If your item(s) arrives damaged, you may also apply for a full refund or replacement within 30 days from the date of delivery.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since the delivery of your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Products that are returnable must be returned within 30 days of delivery. All goods must be inspected within 48 hours of collection or delivery. Any claims of damage or quality issues must be raised during this time - claims may not be excepted beyond 48 hours of the goods being delivered. You must inform us that you wish to return an item as soon as possible after receiving your delivery.
Notification of any defect or damage must be provided to Estilo Living within 48 hours of receipt of the Goods. That notification must include details of the nature of the quality issue, flaw or damage to the Goods and include digital photographic evidence. Notification to Estilo Living must be made in writing by email to email@example.com.
Products may be returned, unless otherwise they have been made to order, and are therefore non-returnable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Please make sure the products are packaged up to arrive in a condition that is re-saleable. You will only be given a refund if the product arrives back in this condition.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Any item which has been made to order (custom made). Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
Books with obvious signs of use, CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records that has been opened. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
REFUNDS (If applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
LATE or MISSING REFUNDS (If applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. SALE ITEMS (If applicable):
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
EXCHANGES (If applicable):

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
SHIPPING of RETURNS / EXCHANGES:
