Shipping Policy

Our mission is to offer you the very best shipping options available, no matter where in the world you live. Every day, we deliver to customers around the world. We partner with premium global suppliers, and aim to have your order to you as soon as possible.

Our US customers enjoy Free Shipping on all orders, each and every time. Canada, Europe, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, and all other countries, will be eligible for free shipping on orders of $100 USD or more; orders of $99.99 USD and less will require a Standard Shipping rate of $9.99 USD.

Please allow between 2 to 7 business days for your order to be processed, items to be dispatched, and then to receive your tracking code.

It is important to note that because we source our products from different suppliers around the world, shipping times may vary between manufacturers/suppliers. The times listed below are an average, and are subject to change, depending on the popularity, current demand, and availability of each individual product, as well as international customs processing times. However, we will always endeavor to give you the fastest possible delivery time for your order.

 

Estimated Shipping Times:

United States - Between 10 to 30 business days for delivery.

All Other Countries - Between 15 to 40 business days for delivery.

Delivery Timeframe:

Any item which takes more than 30 Business Days (from the date that the items are dispatched) to arrive to an address in the U.S, or more than 40 business days to arrive in any other country, will be eligible for a full refund or replaced with another identical product.

Larger Items & Larger Quantity Orders:

Larger items such as furniture and rugs, or large orders consisting of higher quantities of any other product, may take between an additional 20 to 30 business days on top of the above estimated shipping times to be delivered. 

Package Liability & Responsibility:

Once an item(s) has been delivered to your destination address, and is in or around your property, our company is no longer liable for any theft or damage to the item(s) post delivery. Any theft or damage to the item(s) must then be taken up with the courier or local postal service.

Delivery Failure:

If the courier cannot deliver your package due to an incomplete or incorrect address given by the customer at the time of placing the order, the customer will be responsible for paying any additional costs incurred to arrange for redelivery of the package.

If a package is marked as an unsuccessful delivery and returned to us for any of the following reasons, Estilo Living will not be liable to issue a refund for the cost of the order:

i) due to the recipient not being present to accept the package(s) at the time of delivery;

ii) due to an insufficient delivery address being given by the customer at the time of placing the order, and which cannot be delivered to by the courier;

iii) due to the recipient not adhering to courier notices to pick up the package(s) from a local depot or post office within the advised timeframe, after notice has been given that the package is being held there.

If you would like the package(s) to be re-shipped to you after it has been returned to us (sender), you will be responsible for incurring the full cost of the re-shipment fee amount. However, if you would like a refund for the item(s) that were returned to us, this will only be issued minus the original shipment fee.

Customs & VAT Fees:

Customs fees and/or VAT charges are not included in the cost of your order, and will not be paid for by Estilo Living. If one or both of these charges are placed on a package by your local Customs office after we have shipped the item, these charges will need to be paid for in full by the customer, and are not the responsibility of Estilo Living.

Returns + Refunds Policy

30 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE:

If you aren't completely satisfied with your item(s), you may return them to us within 30 days from the date of delivery. If your item(s) arrives damaged, you may also apply for a full refund or replacement within 30 days from the date of delivery.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since the delivery of your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Products that are returnable must be returned within 30 days of delivery. All goods must be inspected within 48 hours of collection or delivery. Any claims of damage or quality issues must be raised during this time - claims may not be excepted beyond 48 hours of the goods being delivered. You must inform us that you wish to return an item as soon as possible after receiving your delivery.

Notification of any defect or damage must be provided to Estilo Living within 48 hours of receipt of the Goods. That notification must include details of the nature of the quality issue, flaw or damage to the Goods and include digital photographic evidence. Notification to Estilo Living must be made in writing by email to info@estilo-living.com.

Products may be returned, unless otherwise they have been made to order, and are therefore non-returnable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Please make sure the products are packaged up to arrive in a condition that is re-saleable. You will only be given a refund if the product arrives back in this condition.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Any item which has been made to order (custom made). Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
Books with obvious signs of use, CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records that has been opened. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

ORDER CANCELLATION (If applicable):

If you need to cancel your order, you must do so within 24 hours of the time and date of which you initially placed the order with us. After this time it will be at our discretion whether we can cancel your order. This may be due to a number of factors, such as if the product has already been packaged and shipped, and therefore can no longer be recalled; if it is already late in the processing stage; if the product was ordered and paid for by us specially for you, and therefore cannot be cancelled; plus other such factors.

REFUNDS (If applicable):

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

LATE or MISSING REFUNDS (If applicable):

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@estilo-living.com.

 

SALE ITEMS (If applicable):

Items which have been purchased on Sale will not qualify for a refund, and may only be exchanged for a store credit or an alternate product of equal or lesser value. Only regular priced items may be returned and refunded in full.

 

EXCHANGES (If applicable):

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at info@estilo-living.com and ship your item to one of the following addresses:

GIFTS:

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

 

SHIPPING of RETURNS / EXCHANGES:

Products may be returned, at your own expense, unless otherwise they have been made to order, and are therefore non-returnable. Please make sure the products are packaged up to arrive in a condition that is re-saleable. You will only be given a refund if the product arrives back in this condition.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a track-able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
